We do not require customers to provide passport information to make a standard workshop reservation.

4. Reservation and Payment Providers

We use Bókun to manage workshop reservations and booking availability.

Reservations made through third-party platforms, including Viator, may also be subject to those platforms' privacy policies.

When online payments become available, we intend to use Repayd and its authorized payment partners to process transactions.

Payment providers may collect and process payment-card information directly. Chopstick Hanoi does not intend to store customers' complete payment-card numbers or security codes.

These service providers process information in accordance with their applicable agreements, privacy policies and legal obligations.

5. Sharing Personal Information

We share personal information only when reasonably necessary for our operations or where required or permitted by law.

Recipients may include:

• Our reservation-management provider.
• Our authorized payment processors and banking partners.
• Booking platforms through which customers make reservations.
• Technology and website-service providers.
• Professional advisers and competent authorities where legally required.

We do not sell customers' personal information.

6. International Data Processing

Some of our technology, reservation and payment providers may operate outside Vietnam.

Customers are not required to agree to promotional photography as a condition of participating in our standard workshop.
